MN DAY WITHOUT
CHILDCARE
FOR CHILDCARE FAMILIES CAN AFFORD & PAY EDUCATORS DESERVE.
MONDAY, MARCH 1, 2027
Day Without Childcare is a statewide day of action organized by Kids Count On Us — a coalition of childcare providers and families across Minnesota.
On Monday, March 1, 2027, childcare programs across the state will close and communities will come together to highlight a system in crisis — and to demand a fully funded childcare system that supports caregivers and families alike.
Are you ready to win fully funded childcare in Minnesota? Pledge to join us!
📣 OUR DEMANDS
⭐ Free childcare for families and thriving wages for early educators
⭐ Tax the wealthy few to pay for it
⭐ Stop federal attacks on our childcare funding
⭐ ICE out of our childcare communities
Let’s Get
READY 🥳
We’ve got trainings/events planned so that we can organize the power we need to fully fund childcare and pull off a powerful Day Without Childcare in 2027. These two are coming up quickly!
